Audrey L. Neal has been practicing in the area of real property secured collections since 1979. She started as a foreclosure officer with Union Home Loans and went to work with Western Federal S&L and Manhattan Beach S&L. During the 1980s, she was selected as an asset manager by the FSLIC, and then, the RTC. She is the managing partner of Witkin & Neal, Inc.
