Rosario Sandoval is a Senior Trustee Sales Officer and the
Office Manager for Witkin & Neal, Inc.
She began her career with real property foreclosures as title assistant
with Old Republic Title Company. From
this background in title and vesting research, she transitioned to becoming the
new accounts supervisor at California Association Lien Collections, LLC, a
non-judicial foreclosure trustee firm specializing in homeowner association
lien foreclosure. Subsequently, Ms. Sandoval supervised the association
assessment collections department for SBS Trust Deed Services. Rosario is a member of the United Trustees
Association and is a Certified Trustee Sales Officer.
