Susan Paquette is a Senior Trustee Sales Officer and the
Operations Manager at Witkin & Neal, Inc. and has been with the company
since its inception in 2006. Prior to
that, Susan directed the lien preparation and pre-foreclosure services at
California Association Lien Collections, LLC. Ms. Paquette has personally initiated over
5,000 foreclosures on behalf of homeowner’s associations throughout California. A member of the United Trustees Association,
Susan is also a Certified Trustee Sales Officer.
